We are a software as a service company, bringing true digital transformation to the global shipping industry by creating and bringing to market technology for the maritime industry that enhances the way shipping professionals work. We are dynamic and fast paced with a tech start-up ‘feel’ but with the unique position of being part of a global FTSE250 company, Clarkson PLC.
Our purpose is to bring transformative digital solutions to the day-to-day shipping transaction process, enabling the industry to meet the demands created by growth in complexity, regulation, population and innovation. In doing so, we are shaping and futureproofing the industry in a responsible, professional, compliant and sustainable way.

The Shipping industry is steeped in heritage and tradition. Maritech is doing for shipping what the internet did for banking. We recognise the need for innovation and created the world’s first end-to-end digital shipping platform Sea/ to bring digital transformation to the global shipping industry.
Sea/ provides a suite of cloud-based applications that connect to create efficiencies and digitise workflows. This is Smarter Shipping.
With 85% of the world’s trade transported by sea, we have a huge opportunity ahead of us to shape how shipping embraces digitisation and transforms existing manual, offline and disparate processes into a tech-enabled, forward thinking industry.

Sea/ is made up of 10 different modules (so far!), and a growing number of tailored bundle offerings. It allows us to break out into smaller, more agile product development teams, but sharing a global vision and commitment to interoperability.
